Customer Service Desk
Our friendly customer service desk are on hand seven days a week offering a range of services which include:
- Finding the store you're looking for
- Community information and services
- Free wheelchair and motorised scooter hire
- Assistance with lost children or family members in the Centre
- Lost and found property
- Public transport information

Community Noticeboard
Our noticeboard is for community groups and not-for-profit organisations to promote events and fundraising activities.

Centre Management Office
The Centre Management Office is located on Level 3 of the shopping centre.

Disabled Care
Wheelchairs are available for free hire, however bookings are recommended. To make a booking, please call our Customer Service Desk on 8845 8200.
All major entry and exits into Carlingford Court have Disabled Parking Spaces allocated. Lifts can be found around the centre at the following locations:
- Ground Level near Commonwealth Bank & Fish Feast
- Level 1 near Target
- Level 2 near Target
- Level 3 near Fitness First
Carlingford Court offers a Changing Places Bathroom, located on Ground Level, behind Bakers Delight. An additional disabled bathroom is located on Level 1 behind Flight Centre.
Visiting with Children
Parent's Rooms
Carlingford Court's Parents' Rooms are conveniently located in the following locations:
- Level One, in the corridor behind Flight Centre.
- Ground Floor, in the corridor behind Baker's Delight.
Catering for guardians and carers, the Parents' Rooms are equipped with microwave ovens, play areas, nappy dispensers, and private feeding spaces.
Children's Play Area
Visit our Children’s Play Area on Level 1, located opposite Bing Lee.
JUSTICE OF THE PEACE
Our Justice of the peace service is back!
They will be available at Carlingford Court on Tuesdays and Thursday from 11 AM to 1 PM during the year 2024.
